At BRRWare, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong with your BRRHolder or your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us and we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, wear, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back a return. BRRWare is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

Shipping Issues

BRRWare is not responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier, marked as delivered, lost due to an incorrect shipping address, or stolen after delivery.
