Our MOQ is 24 units. Logo engraving and the virtual proof are included in the unit price, so there is no setup fee.
Laser engraving is the only customization we offer right now — a precise etched mark directly into the stainless steel. Won't fade, peel, or wash off.
Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days from approved proof. Rush production (5-7 days) is available at +20%.
Yes — you can split your order across any of our 5 stock colors. Same minimum, same volume pricing.
For standard custom orders, we use our stock BRRHolder colors to keep turnaround and pricing simple. For larger orders, ask and we'll quote any special production separately.
Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) work best for laser engraving. But we can work with any file that you have - blurry and all. We'll send a free virtual proof before production.
Yes. International shipping quotes are provided with your order proposal.
Absolutely. We can send 1-3 stock units before you commit to a full order. Cost is credited back on orders 100+.
